Shipping & returns
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:
All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times).
-Orders less than 500G can ship by Lettermail at $4.95. Please note this does NOT include tracking or insurance.
-Orders greater than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes ship for free!
-Orders less than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00.
All parcels include $100 insurance coverage and tracking. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and Possessions):
All orders will be shipped using whichever way is the most economical at the time. Orders to the United States may take anywhere between 10 and 15 days to arrive, excluding any time your package may be delayed in Customs. All fabric orders to the US will ship for the flat rate of $16.95 until the threshold is met for free shipping. If you would like faster delivery, please contact us for details and pricing.
For all our local customers, we do offer free in-store pickup. Simply select Pick Up as your delivery method at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Pickup locations is in South Buxton, Ontario Canada.

• Canada Post Small Packet Air (7-11 Bus. Days) - Small packages.
