Should I Prewash My Fabric?
For most projects, pre-washing your fabric before use is a personal choice. If you decide to pre-wash, wash the fabric in the water temperature in which you will be washing your finished project (usually warm or cold water). If you are making apparel or wearable accessories, we do highly recommend pre-washing your fabric to ensure a proper fit after your project is sewn. It is always good practice to use a colour catcher when pre- washing your fabric, wash lights and darks separately.
How Should I Wash My Fabrics
100% Cotton - Machine wash warm, normal cycle. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium. Use warm iron. Flannel - Machine wash cold, normal cycle. Tumble dry low. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Use warm iron.
Will My Fabric Be Cut In A Continuous Length?
Yes, fabric will be sent as a continuous length, if we are unable to ship your order as continuous cut we will contact you before shipping your order.
Can I Add To My Order?
Yes! If your order hasn't shipped you can create a new order and leave a note at checkout to combine with your previous order number, please contact as well to let us know. We will issue a refund for any extra shipping charges incurred.
Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order?
Yes, as long as your fabric has not been cut. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make a modification or cancellation request.
What Size Cuts Do You Offer?
Customers can purchase yardage in increments of a 1/2 yard or yard. All substrates will be cut length ordered by the width of fabric. If you would prefer a fat quarter of quilting cotton please add a note to your order or send us an email at email@example.com.
Do You Need Help Colour Matching?
Send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org, with the fabrics you are wanting to colour match and we will send you photos or arrange a video messaging call to help get the perfect match.
Do You Offer Gift Cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards at different dollar amounts. A gift card code along with redemption instructions will be emailed to you immediately upon ordering. If you would like a physical gift card or a custom dollar amount please contact us at email@example.com
How Do You Ship?
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA: All orders shipping to a Canadian address will be shipped expedited parcel via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days for most addresses (remote locations may experience longer wait times). -Orders greater than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes ship for free! - Orders less than $150.00 after discounts and before taxes will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00. All parcels include $100 insurance coverage and tracking. Please contact us if you would like to purchase extra insurance coverage. If you would like faster delivery, please contact us for details and pricing. SHIPPING TO THE U.S.A. (excludes U.S. territories and Possessions): All orders will be shipped using whichever way is the most economical at the time. Do You Offer Refunds?
We want you to love your new fabric order! If you have received an incorrect item or there is a mistake in your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make things right. If you change your mind on what you ordered, we will refund you up to 14 days after your purchase. The product must be in new condition, unwashed, smoke-free, and contain no pet hair or other flaws. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note: we charge a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns. Please be aware that we do not reimburse for any lost or stolen parcels. We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they are in the hands of the postal service. Please email us and we will try everything we can to assist you in finding your package.
